(July 28, 2011) FM 720, which had been closed for reconstruction, reopened to traffic at the “Y-Intersection” July 28 at about 9:30 a.m. Drivers can again use FM 720 to travel between FM 423 and Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm. TxDOT has reconfigured the intersection so that FM 423 is now the major through movement and FM 720 connects to it as a side street.
Motorists are urged to use caution at this intersection as people become accustomed to the new traffic patterns.
