(January 4, 2012) As part of TxDOT’s widening project of Preston Road, Fisher Road and Meadow Hill Drive will be closed at Preston Road at different times starting on Thursday morning, January 5, and ending on Saturday morning, January 7. The details of each closure are described below.
Fisher Road will be closed at Preston Road starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, and will reopen by 9:00 a.m. Friday morning, January 6. During this closure, motorists who normally use Fisher Road will be directed to use Eldorado Parkway and Rogers Road as an alternate route.
Meadow Hill Drive will be closed at Preston Road starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, and will reopen by 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning, January 7. During this closure, motorists who normally use Meadow Hill Drive will be directed to use Eldorado Parkway and Rogers Road as an alternate route.
Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction zone and to choose an alternate route in advance.
