Note about City of Frisco 'opt-out' web page for bulk mail and phonebook

Our February edition of the city newsletter, Focal Point, has information about a new 'opt-out' listing for bulk mail and a local phone directory on the city's Environmental Services web menu. We regret that the article incorrectly lists 'opting-out' of receiving City of Frisco Utility Billing monthly statements as an option. While residents may choose to sign up for automatic draft, they cannot yet opt-out of receiving a paper bill for their utility billing account. We understand residents’ desire for e-billing and our Finance and Utility Billing Divisions are working to provide this service; however, e-billing will not be available until December 2012.

We apologize for any inconvenience this error caused our customers.

View the 'opt-out' web page for other oppotunities to receive less paper in your mailbox.
