Frisco residents may view the City of Frisco’s Government Access Channel "Frisco Television Network" (FTVN) on Time Warner Cable Channel 16, Grande Cable Channel 12. New in 2010, FTVN is available on Verizon FIOS Channel 37. Frisco TV broadcasts 24-hours a day. All programs and/or government meetings are previously recorded.

The City of Frisco has another hi-tech tool to improve communications with its citizens. Frisco City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are available on DVD.
Two DVD copies of each meeting are available for checkout at the Frisco Public Library, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Citizens may also purchase their own copies for $25. To purchase, citizens must submit payment with a public information request to the Office of the City Secretary, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. A Public Information Request form may be accessed online, click here.
