Welcome to the Financial Services Department home page. We are responsible for the management of the City’s financial affairs; the protection and advancement of the City’s fiscal position; and effective, efficient provision of related support services for Frisco citizens and City operations.
Financial Services manages the functions of Finance, which includes Accounting, Payables, Grant Accounting & Cash/Debt Management; Municipal Court; and Revenue Collections, which includes Tax, General Billing and Utility Billing.
The menu to your left provides access to online financial information for the past several years, including the City of Frisco's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Annual Budget and Annual Investment Reports. Vendors interested in doing business with the City can visit the Purchasing Department Web page. And citizens and commercial utility customers can sign up for online payments through the Utility Billing web page.
