Administration: Gary R. Hartwell, P.E., Director of Public Works
Responsible for the overall management of the department, coordination with other agencies, and with other city departments.

 

Street and Fleet Divisions: Danny Carroll, Operations Manager
Responsible for the daily operation of street maintenance, drainage facility maintenance, and equipment/vehicle repair and preventive maintenance programs.

Water, Sewer, and Meter Divisions: Kevin Grant, Operations Manager
Responsible for the daily operation of the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, SCADA operations, and meter reading and installation.

Environmental Services Division: Pippa Couvillion, Manager
Responsible for the administration of solid waste collection, recycling, household hazardous wastes, and educational programs.

Engineering: Dan Franke, P.E., Civil Engineer
Responsible for construction plan review, operational issues, utility inspections, and franchise utility coordination.

Water Education: Melody Emadiazar, Water Education Coordinator
Responsible for water education programs, publications, and presentations for schools and all public meetings. Also, coordinates information on the city website and the local government access channel.
