Option 1:
Please come by City Hall. You will be required to fill out an application on-site. You will need to bring the deposit in one of the following forms of payment:
- cash
- credit card (3% processing charge applies)
- check (out-of-state is acceptable)
- money order
Option 2:
You may download the Application (Click here for application), fill it out and return it to City Hall in person. You may also submit the application by mail at Attn: Utility Billing, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Frisco, TX 75034 or by fax at 972-292-5585. You can pay the deposit in person at City Hall, online after receipt of application, or by mail.
